Confused by all the entries on the web I called Castle Stairlifts. It is a small business but they know what they are talking about and within 24 hours arranged two quotes direct from the manufacturers for the family to discuss. Both were a lot cheaper than obtained when calling the big firms directly and a top class branded stairlift was fitted for my Dad in Glasgow within a week of our decision. Going direct is the best way by sure and having someone like Keith and Ann at Castle Comfort made what can be a complicated business simple. The issue of whether or not to go for a grant was discussed and cleared up. Recommended.
